Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, email support@stolenaddiction.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review a refund or replacement.
Launch pieces are fulfilled for your order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order is submitted to the fulfillment queue. Once production begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.
